LeadPages is an online tool for generating leads and to increase conversion rates through landing pages and an accompanying suite of opt-in tools.

You can build targeted landing pages in a very short space of time and integrate with email campaigns and autoresponders. I recommend taking this for a spin on a free trial to appreciate the features.
